Meeting together
With activities across the week for all ages, we get together to sing, pray, listen to a talk or to discuss what it says in the bible and socialise over a cup of coffee.
SUNDAYS
morning family service
Our more formal service of the week takes place on the Sunday morning. We gather together in our meeting hall where we sing songs, pray and listen to a visiting preacher give a talk from the Bible.
Everyone is invited to this service, as we have three Sunday School classes which run during the service for toddlers to year 8 and we all join together afterward’s for a chat and a catch up over a cup of coffee or tea…and maybe even a bit of cake if we are lucky.
The service begins at 10:45am and will finish before mid-day. The last Sunday of every month we follow the service with a fellowship meal together, where we’ll have a testimony, mission update or a time of communion together.

MONDAY
DROP In
Finished your day at school? Not sure what to do? Why not come “drop in” at Bethel? Doors open at 3:00pm, with drinks, snacks and games available before we settle down with a talk from the Bible.
This is also supported by a monthly hot chocolate afternoon where we offer free hot chocolate to all those passing on our street at school collection time.

Midweek home groups - Various Nights
"Therefore encourage one another and build each other up, just as in fact you are doing."
We have formed smaller groups within the family where we are able to meet together with the purpose of growing closer together to be able to constructively encourage one another and build each other up in the Lord.

Popin
Who says drop-in is only for young people! Every second Wednesday we open the church doors and for whoever wishes to join us for some fellowship over coffee, tea or even cake! It’s been fantastic to hear the laughter ringing throughout the building.

young at heart
Alternating with Pop-in an opportunity for the young at heart to come together in someone’s home and have some great relaxing time together. It’s fantastic time to share, discuss a message from the bible and catchup on life. Oh and did we mention the treats!

JUNIOR CHURCH
Our term-time after-school club for 7-11s. With a new theme every term we try to bring bible stories alive: while we have fun! Thursdays, from 3:30 to 5pm, come for games, crafts, singing, laughing , snacks, and making friends while learning more exciting things from the Bible each week!

mid-week PRAYER MEETING
One of the key meetings of the church family as we gather together in the midst of very often, a very busy week. We take this time to stop, and seek our Lord in prayer. You are able to come and go best works for you, but we’ll pray as long as the Lord leads.
