How to find us

We would love you to join us at Bethel Evangelical Church Ripon. You’ll find us on Church Lane, opposite the Spa park, nestled between the two primary schools.

Church Lane, Ripon, North Yorkshire, HG4 2ES.

Bethel Evangelical Church is easily commutable from the surrounding villages…

Within 5 minutes: Sharow, Hutton Conyers, Copt Hewick, North Less, Studley Roger, & Littlethorpe.

Estimated 10 minutes: North Stainley, West Tanfield, Wath, Melmerby, Rainton, Dishforth, Bishop Monkton, Winksley & Galphay.

Within 20 mintes: Kirby Malzeard, Grewelthorpe, Masham, Nosterfield, Thornborough, Kirklington, Howgrave, Baldersby, Skipton-on-swale, Burton Leonard & Markington.

 

Parking

We have a dedicated off road parking area alongside our building, so parking shouldn’t be a problem. Plus there is usually parking available on the road directly outside our building which is free!

DIRECTIONS FROM THE A1 (from the north & south)

  1. Exit the A1 at Junction 50, taking the road into Ripon.

  2. Remain on this road until your reach a roundabout, taking the third exit (at your 3 o’clock)

  3. You’ll immediately come across a second roundabout, take the first exit (at 9 o’clock)

  4. Remain on this road, go through your first traffic lights (when they are green), with a clock tower. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right.

  5. Continue on this road, going across the Booths mini-roundabout, and then take a right at the next t-junction/mini-roundabout.

  6. Careful, this road is a bit narrow initially, take your first left on to Church Lane, past Trinity Church and Trinity Primary School we will be the green building on your right opposite the Spa Park football goals.

DIRECTIONS from the A59 (harrogate road)

  1. Continue on the Harrogate Road all the way until your reach a t-junction, going past McDonalds. traffic lights by Morrisons, South Lodge and Kwik Fit.

  2. At this t-junction, turn left onto Westgate (turning right would take you onto the market square).

  3. Continue until you reach another t-junction, turn left. Continue on this road past the Ripon Swimming Pool and Spa Hotel.

  4. Take the first right after the Spa Park onto Church Lane, you’ll find some tennis courts on the corner where you turn right.

  5. You’ll find us further down this road on your left, in the green building nestled between the two schools and opposite the Spa Park Football goals.
